Where It All Began
Hubert Maxwell founded Maxwell Livestock over 70 years ago in the heart of Ireland's farming country. What started as a local trading operation grew steadily into one of Ireland's most respected livestock export businesses — built on handshakes, hard work, and an unrelenting focus on quality.
From the beginning, our approach has been simple: source the best animals, maintain the highest welfare and health standards, and deliver exactly what our buyers need. That philosophy hasn't changed.
